All services require an immediate, non‑refundable deposit of RM50 to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be settled via QR payment or online bank transfer at the time of your appointment.

Emergency appointments refer to any slots not listed on our booking site.

Out‑of‑hours appointments are defined as slots scheduled before 9:00 AM or after 8:00 PM. These bookings are subject to an additional RM30 surcharge.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment once, provided notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.

Validity: Rescheduled appointments must be rebooked within 30 days; otherwise, your deposit will be forfeited.

No‑Show Policy: Failure to attend without prior notice (“no call, no show”) will result in deposit forfeiture and may lead to a permanent booking ban.

Arrival: Please arrive exactly at your scheduled time. Early arrivals are discouraged, as preparation is required before each session.

Grace Period: A 10‑minute grace period is provided.

Late Charges:
↪11–15 minutes late → RM10 surcharge.
↪16–25 minutes late → RM30 surcharge (total).

Cancellations: If you are more than 25 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited.

Health First: Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell. While we love creating beautiful nails, the health and safety of all clients is our top priority.

Booking Integrity: Do not book on behalf of someone else without prior notice. Unauthorised bookings will be cancelled and deposits forfeited.

Studio Rules: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within the premises.

Refunds: We do not provide refunds once a service has been completed. If you are unsatisfied with any detail, please inform us before your set is finished — we will gladly make adjustments.

Attendance: Appointments are strictly one‑on‑one. As Aeonian Nails is currently home‑based, clients are not permitted to bring companions.

Timing: Please plan your schedule accordingly. Each appointment takes approximately 2.5 to 4 hours, depending on the complexity of the design and the condition of your nails. We do not rush our work, as precision and artistry are our priority.
